Over the past 8 years she has built the Work+Family Academy, devising seminars and webinars on work-life topics and engaging with D&I professionals & Employee Network Leads across BH’s diverse client base. In 2020, Emma devised the PATHS model for Working Through Covid, aimed at helping employers and employees navigate the immediate impact of COVID-19 on their workplaces and people. She recently revitalised BH’s core Parent Transition group coaching programme, a significant resource and intervention for driving talent retention.
