As Associate Director for partnerships and business development I lead the development and delivery of our fee for service customer offer, seeking new business opportunities, commissions and collaborations across health and social care, industry, academia, and pharma. With over 30 years of experience in the care industry, I have a wealth of knowledge and skills in leading change and organisational development. I have a Master's degree in Strategic Leadership and a Level 7 Extended Diploma in Strategic Leadership and Management.My core competencies include strategy, relationship building, negotiation, and mentoring. I lead on building collaborations with organisations from multi national to SMEs across industry, pharma, academia and not for profit organisations to support business growth and enhance service delivery for our members and the wider health and care ecosystem.
