I am a masters educated credible leader and manager who has worked within the NHS for over 20 years in a variety of senior roles, within local, regional and national positions. I have gained an extensive and varied experience of leading workforce development and transformation programmes. I have a thorough knowledge of the challenges which face the NHS workforce, and experience of driving transformation initiatives to overcome them. I am adept at fostering effective relationships and working across boundaries within organisations and across the health economy with a strong record of innovation and transformational delivery, often in a matrix management environment.I am a highly motivated individual, with strong interpersonal and influencing skills who is passionate about working to an exceptional level as well as supporting, educating, and developing others to be the best they can be. My time management and organisational skills are excellent, my ability to undertake multiple projects, complete objectives associated with the role, and time critical tasks are exceptional.
