I oversee and govern our service delivery to ensure that client goals are achieved, focusing on optimising portfolio and asset performance while meeting sustainability targets. My expertise in developing Net Zero emission pathways and applying ISC’s infrastructure Sustainability Ratings enhances our team's effectiveness.I take great satisfaction in managing team induction, training, and performance, ensuring that every team member is well-prepared and continuously developing their skills. I focus on creating and executing effective communication strategies, establishing clear objectives, and fostering strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and government representatives. In this role, I served as the leadership focal point for Sustainability Solutions, shaping its strategic direction at both operational and business planning levels. I prepared all internal and external business reports and acted as the escalation point for operational risks. I led the Sustainability Solutions team for bid process, coordinating responses for tenders and proposals as needed. I managed budget processes, including delegations of authority, and represented Sustainability Solutions within the broader business.I ensured that collateral and marketing materials were available, aligned with Cushman & Wakefield’s global direction, and promoted collaboration across teams. I led and motivated the team, setting clear roles, performance goals, and development plans, while planning and reviewing staffing requirements to optimise service delivery. I worked with HR on staff selection, training, and performance management, identified cost-effective automation opportunities, and focused on improving talent retention.Additionally, I collaborated with the Financial team to create an annual budget for Sustainability Solutions that aligned with business objectives and monitored performance against revenue and budget. I ensured legal and contractual obligations were met, led new client transitions, and participated in business and client meetings. I provided light-touch governance on major accounts and served as the escalation point for client issues when necessary.

In my leadership role, I led and managed a team, ensuring they were motivated and had clear roles and performance goals, with their development needs actively addressed. I successfully delivered and controlled Environmental Reporting Services, managed internal and external audits, and implemented improvements. I provided analytical support to the Beyond Green Team and enforced our environmental policies and procedures. As a management team member, I contributed to strategic planning and adopted best practices for competitive advantage. I also promoted and reported on specialist EMS, improved coordination between Service Line and Account Managers, and optimised staffing and service delivery.

In my role, I supported the Environment and Sustainability team by advancing NAB's strategy to mitigate environmental impact. I completed the environmental reporting for the Australian region, covering NGERS, EREP, WaterMAP, and EEO, and tracked progress against NABs environmental commitments. I ensured compliance with external legislation, bank standards, and internal policies, and identified and implemented improvements in the environmental reporting process. I recorded the impact of these initiatives, ensuring regulatory requirements were met and delivering accurate and timely reports from third parties. I contributed to developing the Carbon and Environment Inventory Management Guidelines, prepared for and managed the region's Carbon Neutral/NGERS assurance, and liaised with external auditors. Additionally, I assisted in meeting performance targets, controlling risks, and maintaining process conformance.
