In this role, I served as the leadership focal point for Sustainability Solutions, shaping its strategic direction at both operational and business planning levels. I prepared all internal and external business reports and acted as the escalation point for operational risks. I led the Sustainability Solutions team for bid process, coordinating responses for tenders and proposals as needed.
