The company provides a full RPO (recruitment process outsourcing) service to the UK division of Quest Diagnostics, a multinational private sector organisation (UK turnover £65m) employing some 43,000 people globally of which circa 400 are based in the UK.Quest are one of the largest providers of global central laboratory services performed in connection with clinical research trials. By providing clinical laboratory services to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device manufacturing companies, they help clients speed the development of new drugs, biologics, and medical devices that improve patient care.Responsible for the end-to-end process (vacancy consultation to on-boarding) for all internal and external hires.Position also involved line management responsibilities to include regular 1:1s, training, appraisals, objective setting and general performance management.

Based within the HR function, I had sole accountability for all Norwich based recruitment for Global Operations (UK) and Client Management, comprising approximately 1,000 employees. Fixed Term Contract for 6 months.
