In particular, supporting the implementation of the Creative and Media Diploma at the newly opened Hampton Academy as well as advising on the new 6th form provision at Holywells High School (soon to be Ipswich Academy)

Outline of responsibilities:• To contribute to the creation of the DCFS’s 14-19 Training and Support Programme• To write CPD resources, activities and training materials to develop the skills to deliver the Creative and Media Diploma• To work closely with the Sector Skills Councils (Skillset and Creative and Cultural Skills) over content , Additional and Specialist Learning opportunities and Awarding Body accreditation of the Creative and Media Diploma• To support National Stakeholders (such as the National Skills Academies, Higher Education and Employer Networks) in their work with Diploma teachers and students. • To contribute to the evaluation and quality assurance of the programme • To act as the subject expert for the Creative and Media Diploma across the SSAT and the 14-19 Support Programme• To deliver face-to-face training and support to teachers, lecturers and PGCE students• To train, manage and co-ordinate a team of consultants who deliver face-to-face support in the Creative and Media Diploma to schools, colleges and work-based training providers.• To manage and co-ordinate a team of regional leads who run networks for Creative and Media practitioners across the 9 government regions. • To oversee and contribute to the www.
