It was clear that that business required work on the fundamentals prior to growing which I worked with the MD to implement.We took on a new scheme in my first year and I took on the role of managing the renovations, identifying the brand and rolling it out across the site.I manged many of the areas of the mobilisation, often working on site away from home.I was asked to move into the Sales Manager's role when the role became available, and this allowed me to further analyse the sales and marketing cycle and work on the KPI's set by the MD.I streamlined the agent booking process by creating a portal for them to book direct, I worked closely with the marketing manager to create a more strategic direct booking program to reduce costs, and we worked together to implement the values and community-based programs across the schemes to create the #Nurturlife vision.I worked on the customer relationship between site staff and student, ensuring delivery of the social values in turn to drive the reviews and surveys to get feedback.I assisted with recruiting and coaching of new staff and identifying and nurturing talent from within.I generated and embodied the positive culture and values that echoed the brand.I implemented regular management meetings and brought focus and direction to the business objectives and KPI's.Our occupancy levels reached 100% earlier than previous years, our rents increased, our google/student crowd ratings increased, making our schemes in the top 3 for the area, and Nurtur won a number of Industry Awards.
