I am passionate about everything real estate! I am involved with a company called Residence billing. We work with several different types of companies to deliver high standard utility solutions. From acquisitions to monthly community upkeep, we use property utility analysis reports to find data driven utility recovery and revenue increase opportunities. We often work with real estate investors, property management companies, multi-family commercial properties, assisted living homes, rv/trailer parks, city/municipalities managers and more!
