This content focused agency works directly with businesses and in partnership with marketing agencies on campaigns as well as longer term management of social media channels. We've managed projects for a range of companies, from start-ups to large multi-nationals, helping them to grow and thrive on social media. These include businesses such as Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, Philips Domestic Appliances, food and hospitality companies such as Delicious Magazine, Brindisa and Seggiano and health brands like Solgar Vitamins, My Menopause Centre and Altum Health among others. Services provided include full management of platforms, analytical review, feedback and strategic consulting and advertising across the key social media platforms.We've also worked with a range of businesses facilitating training in key social media skills including Facebook Advertising, Instagram Shops, Content Strategy and Creation, Analytics and training in key Platform features. We've provided workshops for larger marketing and publishing companies such as Eye to Eye Media and Clementine Communications as well as supporting individual businesses and their owners.

I work in an advisory capacity with the newly formed Digital Nomad Project. A UK based not-for-profit organisation with a goal to address the impact of COVID-19 and Brexit on the employment prospects of young people across the country. They have developed a course and supporting programme to enable young people to gain working skills for the 21st century and, if they wish, enter self-employment.

Working around small children and a 2-year move to Sydney, I set myself up as freelance recipe writer and stylist. I worked with many magazines, PR companies and marketing departments including Sainsbury's magazine, Tesco magazine and M&S. I also wrote and styled a number of cookbooks for publishers such as Dorling Kindersley and Octopus. The full list is below, but I'm good at writing simple recipes focusing on family food and having lived around the world, I love being inspired by new cuisines. This set me off on setting up my own blog and social media accounts, emmascookingworld where you will find me creating recipes, trying out cookbooks and letting you know my latest food finds.

The cookery department was, of course, at the heart of BBC Good Food magazine. I oversaw the team helping to write, develop, test and shoot recipes to be featured. I created my own recipes and features for the magazine and was involved in organising and styling on shoots. As part of the Food Team, I regularly went to the BBC Good Show and did live cookery demonstrations. I was interviewed about food on radio for stations such as LBC and also got the chance to appear cooking and talking about food on a number of TV shows including Saturday Kitchen. The magazine worked closely with many chefs, creating recipes and features and I very much enjoyed working alongside with chefs such as Gordon Ramsay, Jamie Oliver, John Torode and Rick Stein.

I ran the busy cookery department of Family Circle magazine, creating and commissioning recipe and food related features. I also oversaw the testing of all recipe and organised shoots, briefing food stylists, photographers, prop stylists and organised locations.

After graduating culinary school, I worked as a recipe developer, tester and writer for a number of companies in New York City, including Martha Stewart Living, Unilever, Food Network TV and Good Housekeeping.

I worked across a range of titles on the Boxtree and Channel 4 book imprints. I helped copy write adverts and promotional items, create campaigns, brief designers and organised the Macmillan Company stand at the Frankfurt Book Fair
