The knowledge from my love for travel, international exposure, and ambition to manage multiple complex projects led me to leadership positions with minimal diversity in the Technology Industry. I have learned how to handle diverse teams, varying personalities and collaborate globally for social innovation. In 2007 I obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Business and Healthcare Administration and became a PMI certified Project Manager. In 2011, I graduated with a Masters in Information Systems. I have balanced demanding priorities to meet business objectives and set product goals successfully.Through the guidance of mentors, I held various positions using six sigma principles. Promoted from manufacturing associate to warranty coordinator, service coordinator, to full-cycle project manager working with sales, design teams, procurement, production, field technicians, and end users in various industries as a sole point of contact.As a Systems Analyst, I have assessed “as is” system, identified process gaps, and assisted in developing “future state” roadmaps, key Indicators for decision making and resource management solutions. I have gained diverse expertise in changing industry needs and have specialized my skills to help meet these demands.
