I am a very hard working and self motivated person who always wants to learn more. I have worked in a management role for the last 9 years and I want to further my career in a company that encourages their employees to progress within.In my current role I use various methods to enable my team to work to the best of their ability. I like to lead from the front and explain my reasons for any decisions that I make. I can use my skills in a number of different roles I believe that the number one aim is to put the client first and resolve any issues at the first point of contact.I am not afraid of learning new skills and I like to push myself as hard as necessary to get the job done to the best of my abilities. I have excellent people skills and I always put in 100% in everything I do.I work well as a team member and I can also work as an individual and work using my own initiative. I am a much organised person and I relish taking on extra responsibilities.
