As Homestay Coordinator my main responsabilites are recruiting, screening, andonboarding host and families.I fostering awareness and self-discovery through training and coaching sessions with students and hosts.I mediate conflict in the homestays encouraging dialogue, (intercultural) understanding and self-reflection.I develop policy and procedures to ensure students’ safety and well-being.

I volunteer in Project Fearless as part of the Operations team, helping projects come to live. From managing course registrations to analising data for reporting or improving processes, I bring my analitic and detail oriented-self to support projects that make girls and female-identifying youths grow truly fearless.

Together with a group of committed, passionate professionals, we created and facilitated a series of workshops oriented to young people with the purpose of raising awareness of gender and youth stereotypes in media and register youngster's experiences and reflections through graphic productions.- October 2014: we facilitated two workshops, one for +80 educators and the other one for more than 120 students in collaboration with the government of Entre Ríos Province. - August 2015: a series of workshops for high school students from vulnerable neighborhoods in Mercedes, Buenos Aires. in collaboration with Rotary Club Boulevard 40.
