As a supervisor at Peet's Coffee, I have been leading a team of retail associates and certified baristas for over 9 years, delivering exceptional customer service and hospitality to our loyal patrons. I have successfully managed multiple tasks, such as inventory control, staff training, inventory management, and quality assurance, while maintaining a positive and energetic work environment.I have a strong interest in event planning and marketing, I am pursuing education and training to find where I fit best in these roles. My goal is to combine my passion for customer engagement, marketing, management, and to find a long-term position where I can apply my interpersonal communication, leadership, and organization skills. I am always eager to learn new things and to challenge myself in my career.
