Creative People was launched in January 2018 on the back of our founders having 20+ years of recruitment experience. They wanted to build a more authentic and dynamic recruitment brand that really appreciated the employees, candidates, and clients they’d work with. 💡 My responsibilities in this position: - Marketing & social media for IG & Linkedin- writing all copy, ideating all the posts, and executing the timing for these posts.- Serving as an EA and PA to the CEO.- Operating all internal operating tools/vendors: phone lines, WiFi, credit card, expense reports, IT, internal DMP (Bullhorn), and AirTable. Logging all business deals.- Write and send client contracts via DocuSign.- Created seven new business one-pagers outlining our capabilities as a company. These are client-facing. - Facilitate and reply to all inbounds via creativepeopleinc.com website.- Update the website as needed (Squarespace).- Miscellaneous: organizing all team outings, incentives, and rewards. Monthly and weekly rewards are sent to team members. Ensuring the office is stocked with everything we need.- Onboarding duties: Served as the main point of contact for all candidates in the pipeline for candidacy at Creative People. Provide them with a professional experience while maintaining the fun, human, c/p image. Send them the initial interview process form. Answer any questions they may have. Send them materials for their first day and arrange their first-week schedule.

Worked as a volleyball coach/counselor at my high school's annual volleyball camp. I worked as a counselor and supervised a group of around 10 campers. Coached them all week, teaching them basic volleyball skills, demonstrating and worked like a chaperone for the campers.
