With a passion for imaging technology, I help customers find the best solutions for their imaging needs as a Field Application Engineer at FRAMOS. I have a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nanotechnology Engineering from the University of Waterloo, where I explored various aspects of engineering such as electronics, software, biotechnology, and chemical engineering, and took courses in mechanical and biomedical engineering to broaden my knowledge and skills. In my current role, I consult key customers in Eastern North America, collect their technical requirements, and propose suitable off-the-shelf or custom imaging solutions. I also provide technical support for FRAMOS offerings, such as Sony image sensors, FRAMOS sensor modules, and FRAMOS D400e cameras. I use my knowledge of optical parameters to select lenses, mounts, filters, and ICRs for customers, and I define the Requirements Specification Document for custom optical module projects. I enjoy collaborating with internal and external teams on technical and commercial aspects of projects, and seeing the development journey from start to finish. I also value work/life balance and pursue my hobbies of mountain biking, rock climbing, snowboarding, swimming, facilitating cat adoptions, and reading. I love to travel when I have the opportunity. Please feel free to reach out any time if you would like to chat!
