In 2019, I founded Cloth Baby to make it easy for new parents to use modern cloth nappies successfully, avoid waste and save money. Originally an ecommerce store, it quickly became an opportunity for me to share my sustainable parenting ideals. Local councils saw the need and benefit of up front education of reusables, especially when introducing new.

Implementing sustainability across the organisation to built infrastructure, economic development, resource use and community engagement. My duties include accounting for greenhouse gas emissions of the organisation, liaising with businesses and coordinating community events and working collaboratively with neighbouring Councils.

My role involved working with the Community and Engagement team and included establishing programs for senior citizens, coordinating Seniors Festival, coordinating Australia Day celebrations and involvement with youth events.

North East Victoria

My role as board director involved contribution to the strategic direction for the Alpine Valleys Community Leadership Program and involvement in relevant sub committees to increase the program’s profile and public engagement.

The Customer and Community panel acted as an advisory group to North East Water to refine and test their engagement with customers, community members and stakeholders. I provided constructive feedback and suggestions to the engagement processes for the water authority.

The Goulburn Broken Greenhouse is a collective of eleven Hume region Councils. In my role, I was responsible for the communications and education of the Watts Working Better street light upgrade project for all Councils. This project won the Premier’s Sustainability Award in 2015.

Prior to the role out of Wodonga City and Indigo Shire's third organics kerbside bin, focus groups were conducted with a range of community groups and audiences.

Project Manager for the Food Waste Avoidance behaviour change research project. The project included engagement research to the behaviours of food waste avoidance and provided measures to minimise food waste. The study informed regional waste management approaches and education for organics kerbside collection in local Councils.
