Office Manager
CurrentEnsuring a smooth operation and coordinating administration duties and office procedures. My main responsibilities are:*Managing Contractor Onboarding including document management*Managing our Terms of Business process with our clients*Ad-hoc projects such as building automations to help increase our productivity and work more efficiently*Co-ordinating the onboarding process for new hires, including setting up the tech, hardware and conducting the new starter inductions*Administration of our CRM System - Bullhorn*Acting as a liaison with the building management and facility vendors*Management of office safety including annual Fire Risk Assessments and organising First Aid training*Maintaining office stock levels*Arranging necessary office repairs*Organising in-house or off-site activities, such as lunch clubs and celebrations*Generating reports internally for managersAt Maxwell Bond, our purpose is clear: to maximise people's potential.
