About Emma Langford, Mba
I believe in the saying "If you love what you do then you'll never work a day in your life". I've loved dance all my life and as director of Encore Academy, I take pride in providing affordable, quality dance education to the community that did the same for me as a child. Through business education and hands-on experience in the dance field, I have prepared to transition Canyon View Arts Center into Encore Academy for the Performing Arts. With this transition comes new branding, a new location, new classes added to the schedule, and many more exciting additions. I want to keep the heart and culture of Canyon View the same while adding additional offerings that will expand the abilities of our students and provide them with additional opportunities. My goal is for my students to feel seen and encouraged as they progress toward their goals. I want my teachers to feel supported and appreciated for the immeasurable contribution they make to these kids' lives. I think the best leaders bring out the best in others and that's what I strive to do each day.
