• Provide ongoing verbal and written communication to candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. • Schedule and coordinate phone interviews, onsite interviews, and training classes. • Created process for onboarding new hires including managing signed documents, email communications regarding first day, running background checks, and scheduling all onboarding sessions • Assist with college recruiting by scheduling travel, interviews, and gathering and shipping containers with all career fair supplies, along with other administrative tasks related to college recruiting • Manage and update offer documents, interview guides, and onboarding presentations regularly • Assist with employment branding including but not limited to kudos programs, employee engagement activities, assisting with employee surveys, and creating the employee value proposition.• Design collateral for our Demand & Resource Planning Manager & Director of Talent Acquisition & Engagement including infographics, images, fliers, videos, presentations, and email communications
