I provide effective, high quality HR advice and guidance to the management and police staff with a number of key operational areas. I am the HR lead for Gloucestershire Constabulary in relation to collaboration projects across the South West region forces.

Worked in partnership with business leaders to formulate and implement the business areas people agenda and strategy. Collaborated with key stakeholders to proactively identify areas where HR can add measurable value and implement solutions in support of strategic goals and improving organisational performance. Worked closely with my HR colleagues using the Ulrich model to ensure successful delivery of HR initiatives.

I was responsible for HR and Training within the Nuffield Diagnostics Group, which covers 600 employees over 40 hospitals.

My role involved advising, coaching, supporting Senior Managers and the MD on aspects such as recruitment, performance management, disciplinaries, probations, organisational changes, absence management, and training and development. The key to my role at Helphire was to understand the business, and be proactive to anticipate the HR issues and create solutions that enable the company to achieve its objectives.
