Delivering Independent Mortgage & Insurance Advice across the whole market, I became fully versed with all lender and insurance criteria from the whole market, as I became a professional broker. I used these skills to turn client property aspirations into reality - successfully securing the relevant funding & insurances required to meet their property goals.

Account Managed all Key Accounts in London & the West End - largely to build and improve relationships with our Key Accounts, as well as being influential in the design & release of our new products to market.

Account management of mortgage brokers, including key accounts, ensuring brokers understood how to apply our lending criteria, and negotiating with underwriters to ensure cases that should be considered, were agreed. Also responsible where approrpriate for setting up direct lines for Key Accounts to higher mandated underwriters for large and complex cases.

Previously highest ranking Mortgage Manager in the country for Portman, I was responsible for ensuring both the branch, and myself, hit their mortgage & insurance appointment and conversion targets. I was awarded for 'consistently delivering outstanding results' and relocated to set up our new branch in Fenchurch Street. Located within the square mile in London, this was a high sales, high pressure branch, where I continued to deliver results and surpass our increased targets.
