Over the last 4 years in my role as a Business Analyst, I have been fortunate enough to find passion in my work. There's nothing more enjoyable than finding the root cause of a problem, or designing a solution that you know will better help people. Starting this process with the team at Rebmark Legal Solutions, was the perfect introduction, as I had to learn quickly and had the opportunity to learn a variety of different skills. During this time I was able to not only refine my approach to change management, but also gain a wealth of knowledge around Information Security and Data Protection requirements. As part of this team, I was able to play a lead role in the roll out of piCalculator version 5.0 and the implementation of two ISO 27001 Business Management Systems.My goal with any role I undertake is to make people’s lives easier through clearer communication and processes, and when things are made easier, people are generally happier – which is never a bad thing right?
