• Led training and content development for responsive redesign of business.vic.gov.au in 2014. Project finished in less than six months and website shortlisted as one of the Top 5 Government websites in the world for The Webby Awards. Organic search traffic for the site grew to 85% following the content refresh• Developed the first social media presence in Victorian Government ‘I am a business owner in Victoria’ Facebook group, which has over 10,000 members and more than a dozen active discussions daily. Members call it ‘the best business group in the world/Australia.’• Set up distributed authoring for business.vic.gov.au across the department, including governance, training materials and support. Over a dozen, non-technical users have access to the system and the setup allowed the high quality of the site to remain when loss of funding meant half our staff were lost.

Write and publish web pages and interactive tools for small business. Liaise with subject matter experts and project manage enhancements of web applications, including testing.

Developed work programs for children with English as a second language, learning difficulties and giftedness.

News, features, sport and advertorial writer for two weekly local newspapers covering the Knox, Yarra Ranges and Cardinia councils. Duties also involved photography, placing stories, supervising cadets, lay-out and sub-editing.

Developed curriculum and taught both media studies and Indonesian.

Wrote feature articles on areas such as health, business, education and the arts. Assisted with sub-editing and translation.
