About Emma Cathell, Msw
I am a Senior Program Manager at the national non-profit, Corporation for Supportive Housing (CSH). Working on the Metro Team in NY, NJ, and PA, my work focuses on enhancing and increasing supportive housing through policy advocacy and systems reform, training and technical assistance, and cross-sector collaboration and convening throughout the Metro region.Before CSH, I worked at the New York City Department of Social Services (DSS) on the New York City Continuum of Care (CoC) team, which is one of the largest and most funded CoC’s in the nation. In 2019, I graduated from Columbia University with my Master’s of Science in Social Work (MSSW) and a concentration in Policy Practice. I am a well-rounded social worker; my graduate degree is based in International Social Welfare and Services to Immigrants and Refugees, and I have professional experience as a clinical therapist.
