CurrentMy role is to manage the office within a well established, fast paced construction company based in the South West.We are a business currently offering a full buiding repair and maintenace service covering the whole South West. We are keen to expand and would welcome any interest from new clients who are seeking fully qualified and insured contractors on their approved contractor lists or who would like to discuss any business opportunities. At Mi Build our policy for each job is to offer;• Full health & Safety policy.• CRB checked trades people (each with an id card) • £5,000,000 Public liability insurance• £10,000,000 Employers liability insurance• A site file is kept at each job, for Health & safety, and schedule of works etc• All claims / jobs will be fully project managed • All customers possessions / carpets etc are fully protected with correx board and protector carpet• Photos taken of works before, during, and after • First aid box kept at all policy holders addresses • RELIABLE service, 24 hour telephone lines • Skilled trades in all disciplines
