As Director of Zscaler's C-Level Programs, my team and I deliver impactful programs and thought leadership initiatives for CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs. I oversee the development of various program agendas and content, messaging, speaker management, and run-of-show execution, while ensuring that all programs align with Zscaler's overall business objectives.I am accountable for creating and implementing playbooks to deploy customized content at scale, across the globe. I provide thought leadership coaching to team members and collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and especially our executive leadership team, to map persona synergies and execute impactful programs that drive business results.I curate executive content that showcases Zscaler's unique value proposition and market position, and develop global deployment strategies that maximize program impact. I also build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, and industry influencers.I also collaborate closely with one of Zscaler's executives to craft communication materials such as scripts, LinkedIn messages, and ghostwritten emails that align with their personal brand and strategic priorities. I run Zscaler C-level programs for CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs from start to finish. This includes agenda and content development, messaging, speaker management, and run-of-show execution. I am responsible for creating playbooks to deploy customized content at scale, across the globe. Additionally, I drive Zscaler’s Customer Advisory Boards and Federal Advisory Boards. This role involves thought leadership coaching, curating executive content, mapping persona synergies, and extensive collaboration across departments.

In my role as senior director of content, I led a team of frontline managers and conference professionals who create and deliver compelling conference agendas. I led content strategy for multiple C-level functional areas, and partnered across the business to execute innovative, scalable and customizable strategies that ensure the commercial success of Evanta's C-level events. In addition to these duties I also took on a maternity coverage for the VP, content, overseeing strategy and workforce for the second-largest department in our business.

In my role as Content Director I managed a team of content personnel, including conference professionals and frontline managers. I oversaw all content for many of our functional areas, most recently CMO and CXO (CIO and CISO mixed audience) events, as well as EMEA/ANZ events. In doing so I led content brand strategy and ensured our events met business objectives to deliver innovative, compelling and relevant agendas for C-level executives. Over the course of this role, I was pulled in to oversee content builds for events targeting CIOs, CISOs, CDOs, CHROs, CSOs, contact center, programmatic brand and sports executives. I'm experienced in process change management and new product development for the content department. I'm passionate about impacting sales opportunities and providing coaching and strategic guidance to content team members, even those who don't directly report to me.
