Content Strategy & Communications ManagerCivic Entertainment Group, Llc (A Seacrest Global Group Company) Nov 2021 - Jul 2023New York, Ny2021-2023: On the Civic Studio team, I managed the video production process from pre-production to post-production for our storytelling workstream to create videos for a Fortune 50 client. Digital Organizing Director (Texting And Organizing Team)Stand Up America Feb 2021 - Nov 2021Remote2018-2021: I became a Digital Organizer at Stand Up America, not long after Trump was elected to the White House. Here, I was part of a small scrappy team that drafted and produced emails and SMS text messages to help mobilize a community of 2 million+ activists. Together, we built and scaled a digital volunteer program to give people ways to take action and fight back. One of my proudest accomplishments during my time at Stand Up was helping in the 2020 election to run the volunteer and peer-to-peer programs in over 10 key swing states for voter registration, absentee ballot requests, early voting, and finally, getting out the vote on Election Day to really make a tangible difference in the final results. -

Strategic Communications AssistantThe Glover Park Group Jan 2017 - Mar 2018New York, Ny2017-2018: My first full-time job out of college was at the Glover Park Group, a strategic communications PR firm based in Washington D.C, but with a satellite office in New York City. Here, I was the assistant for two managing directors and worked on a variety of client accounts in the philanthropic, sports, and advocacy sectors, among others. My responsibilities included building press lists, creating social media toolkits, social media analytic reports, and editing and proofreading memos, presentations, and proposals for new business clients. -
Marketing Researcher For Strategic Brand SpecialistThe Tuck School Of Business At Dartmouth Aug 2016 - Dec 2016Remote2016: As a marketing researcher for Professor Kevin Lane Keller, Strategic Brand Specialist and Senior Associate Dean for Innovation and Growth at Dartmouth College’s Tuck School of Business, I contributed research to the 15th edition of his book, Marketing Management by Kevin Lane Keller and Phillip Kotler. I presented my findings in a 126-slide PowerPoint deck titled “Multicultural Marketing Presentation: looking at the demographics of Hispanics, African Americans, and Asian Americans." Separately, I also put together a presentation titled “Understanding Millennials: Fact & Fiction” which analyzed how to effectively market to Millennials: who we are, what characteristics define us, why marketers should care, and our general consumer behavior. -
Freelance WriterExtend Fertility Jun 2016 - Dec 2016Remote2016: As one of the first services in the U.S. dedicated exclusively to women choosing to proactively freeze their eggs, I was a freelance writer at Extend Fertility for a short period of time just as they were starting out as a start-up. I learned about the scientific process of egg freezing and wrote articles about topics that were relatable to all women. -
English Teaching AssistantTeaching Assistant Program In France Usa Sep 2015 - May 2016Paris, Île-De-France, France2015-2016: After graduating from NYU, I decided to live abroad. To that end, I accepted a seven-month teaching assistant position with the French Embassy in Paris, France. Here, I lived in an international dorm where I was one of two Americans out of 100 women and, in addition to teaching, I tutored and babysat for three different French families on the side. As a TAPIF English teaching assistant, I taught in two different schools in different areas of Paris, in total teaching over 300 students spanning from 7-11 years old. Each week, I prepared and led hour-long lessons to teach English to these French elementary school students. One of the most meaningful parts of the program was getting to build relationships with students from all different backgrounds in the classroom as well as seeing their progress from the start of the school year to the end. To read more about my adventures there, you can visit my blog that I kept while living there: https://emmainparisblog.wordpress.com/. -
Digital Marketing InternPrecision Strategies Sep 2014 - May 2015New York, Ny2014-2015: Founded by the Digital Director and the Deputy Campaign Manager of Obama’s 2012 re-election campaign, Precision Strategies is a leading integrated strategy and marketing agency based in Washington, D.C. and New York City. For nine months during my senior year of college, I interned in the New York office helping out on a variety of different client projects (from the entertainment industry to non-profit to politics). My responsibilities included drafting emails and social posts, creating client presentation decks with recommended social strategy tactics, and compiling a weekly internal tech newsletter that featured interesting digital content and was circulated company-wide. -
Government Relations Intern (Program Department)Clinton Global Initiative Jan 2014 - May 2014New York, Ny2014: During the spring of 2014, I interned at the Clinton Global Initiative on the Government Relations team. As part of this internship, I helped manage the database of government officials and heads of states around the world who would be attending that year’s upcoming annual Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) Meeting. Past CGI Annual Meetings have brought together 190 sitting and former heads of state, more than 20 Nobel Prize laureates, and hundreds of leading CEOs, heads of foundations and NGOs, major philanthropists, and members of the media. That September, I had the great pleasure and opportunity to return to CGI and volunteer at that year’s Annual Meeting where I had the chance to help manage in person the heads of states, their accompanying staff, and other government officials who were attending the conference. -
Vermont Congressman Peter Welch (D-Vt) InternU.S. House Of Representatives May 2013 - Aug 2013Burlington, Vermont, United States2013: During the summer of 2013, I lived in Burlington, Vermont and interned in the state office of then U.S. House of Representatives Congressman Peter Welch (D-VT) (now Senator Welch). While the D.C. office handled federal issues, the state office handled more local state issues affecting Vermonters. Here, I was responsible for email and letter correspondence with constituents, answering phones, and drafting up research briefs for staff members (even one extensive report on cheese mites). One of my favorite memories from this internship was helping to staff the Congressman on the 4th of July. Along with his staff, I attended small town parades across the state to meet Vermonters and hear about what issues were on their minds. -
Organizing Fellow + Regional Rides Dispatcher For Gotv ProgramObama For America Jun 2012 - Nov 2012Lebanon, New Hampshire, United StatesElection Cycle 2012: My first political campaign where I got involved with grassroots organizing was for Obama’s 2012 re-election campaign. As an Organizing Fellow in New Hampshire, I completed over 700 phone calls and knocked on over 200 doors to persuade individuals to support President Obama and to get involved with the campaign. One of my proudest achievements was helping to lead the recruitment and build a team from scratch into a team of 20 dedicated volunteers from Grafton County to hold weekly phonebanks leading up the election. On Election Day, I returned to the campaign as the Regional Rides Dispatcher to manage the Election Day Get Out the Vote (GOTV) program for that same county to find and set up rides for voters who were unable to get to the polls themselves. As my first political experience, working on the Obama Campaign taught me the power of grassroots organizing and how every vote matters. -
