- Played a key role in organizing the TCL Babcock General Meeting on March 24th, 2024, ensuring effective communication and smooth proceedings- Successfully coordinated the collection of the TCL Constitution, which laid the foundation for governance and strategic decision-making- Facilitated two pivotal executive meetings (May 26th, 2024, and August 11th, 2024), fostering collaboration and progress toward organizational goals- Led the strategic assembly of Secretaries from all committees, a crucial step in enabling the Secretariat to begin its full functions- Laid the groundwork for the Secretariat’s operations, including the anticipated launch of newsletters and other essential initiatives aimed at enhancing communication
