As Community Manager I am responsible for the day-to-day, coordinating events, meeting room reservations, managing social media accounts, membership sales, and of course let's not forget the fresh coffee!

Responsibilities:- Maintains a quality aquatic staff by hiring, training/orienting, evaluating, coaching, and disciplining as needed; maintains proper payroll records, timekeeping and employee paperwork.- Schedules aquatics staff in order to provide appropriate coverage per staffing policy, including lifeguards and swimming instructors.- Ensures pool classes and events are scheduled by authorizing times and dates with appropriate staff; responsible for reservations; coordinates all events and programs with other departments; publishes schedules and calendars in a timely fashion for magazine and club itinerary.- Coordinates triathlons, swim meets, workshops by arranging schedules, marketing events and staffing appropriately for proper coverage.- Coordinate registrations by developing and recording enrollment; marketing classes for private and group lessons.- Identify current and future programming aquatic requirements by establishing rapport with members and staff, management, vendors.- Monitor program progress by quality control procedures, survey participants, staff for suggestions, etc.- Achieves monthly net revenue goals as established by MVP Sports Clubs budget.- Design and innovate new revenue generating programs.- Maintain an overall aquatics participant database.
