My role as Beauty Manager requires oversight of the entire cosmetic department, with the main focus to maximize sales, and to not only meet but exceed targets on a day to day basis. I have experience in mentoring and training new staff members, and creating a positive workplace environment for my team. I am also responsible for the completion of all merchandising tasks within the department, including inventory management procedures, planogram completion, and overall upkeep of the department.

As a Cosmetician, I consistently provide informed insight and advice to customers on various makeup, skincare and fragrance products, along with makeup application and merchandising duties. I ensure that I am meeting sales targets and consistently driving customer satisfaction.
