My practice includes venture capital financings, M&A transactions, start-up work, growth strategies and corporate governance advice and many times contain cross-border aspects. I also provide day-to-day counseling to companies on a wide range of other corporate matters. I am dedicated to always offer my clients practical, clear and thoughtful advice to help them solve their legal and business issues. My experience from working with technology companies has given me a broad understanding of the legal aspects of digitalization of business and of digital businesses.
