Current- Joined Karat at Series B as employee 50 and as the first Corporate Recruiter growing the company to Unicorn status (valued $1.1B) with 250 employees and a Talent team of 8- Opened global expansion offices and recruited internationally including EMEA, APAC and LATAM- Own full lifecycle hiring for Executive, G&A, Go to Market, Business Operations and Operations/Delivery hiring. End to end ownership of hiring manager relationship, sourcing/prospecting, candidate evaluation to offer negotiation and close- Dedication and commitment to diversity at Karat through sourcing, developing ongoing relationships with candidates and partnering with hiring managers to reduce bias- Strategy and execution of technical Interview Engineering global high volume hiring (community of 600+ 1099 contractor software engineers)- Managed a team including a Recruiter and a Recruiting Coordinator- Serve as strategic business partner to CoFounders, Executives and Hiring Managers by making recommendations on hiring strategy, candidate experience and candidate profile- Utilize data and reporting to make recommendations on hiring process and strategy- Lead key team projects including Diversity Pipelining Project, Employer Brand Revamp and Greenhouse Cleanup Project
