I developed retail and media strategies for six clients, across 30 different product lines on multiple ecommerce sites. Additionally, I spearheaded strategic promotional initiatives and budget allocation for major events, enhancing brand visibility and sales. Through attentive portfolio management, I maintained strong client relationships and provided detailed insights and recommendations.

In just six months, I completed an intensive training program within the Client Services team, swiftly becoming the main client liaison across major platforms like Amazon, Target, Walmart, and Instacart. Demonstrating adept project management skills, I implemented impactful solutions for both retail and media executions within three months. My expertise spans content optimization, product listing enhancement, product line launches, and strategic brand establishment, coupled with proficiency in media campaign management utilizing Perpetua, Amazon Ads, and Amazon DSP. I consistently engaged with clients, providing strategic recommendations, delivering performance insights, and crafting presentation decks to optimize marketing strategies for enhanced ROI and traffic.

I assisted with the development of marketing campaigns including content development for videos and press releases. I worked on product launches to deliver marketing materials to sales teams and reviewed, edited, and finalized POP materials. I directed cross-functional teams for the content development of products for multiple backlogged NPI campaigns. I employed Microsoft Excel to control and track the inventory for all merchandising materials.

I gained exposure to a wide variety of responsibilities and tasks in the commercial marketing department. I worked closely with the marketing team to implement marketing initiatives and manage projects to increase customer engagement and grow commercial revenue. My responsibilities included creating content on the national website by designing case studies displaying recent client projects, planning and carrying out email campaigns, and designing social media content. I worked closely with the VP of Commercial Operations to support new initiatives in digital marketing and branding for the whole corporation and select franchisees in key markets. I have also audited franchisee websites and prepared SWOT analysis reports on digital brand awareness.
