As Business Architect I, * analyse which projects and technology are required to enable our business strategy, to replace end-of-life platforms, to better fit our (internal) customers' needs ...* collaborate with managers and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements* help shape the overall to-be architecture of our organisation or certain application domains* help design and implementation of applications @SecurexMy main focus has been the implementation of a new ERP solution for our HR and Finance departments: Designing the global architecture, creating a conceptual view on the required integrations and collaborating with the technical team to design and build the integrations. I also supported the IT squad in the first months after production.

Strategic IT Business partner for business and corporate units (Insurance, HR, Finance): defining IT strategy, creating roadmap, making business cases and managing the satisfaction of our partnersIT coördination for Infino (daughter company of Securex): keep close contact with the business stakeholders and manage their IT needs and expectations, manage and follow-up the ICT budget, get involved in the start up projects, make architecture decisions, help manage supplier relations, Communication, marketing and branding of the IT department, Information Security awareness and change management

* Being first line contact for existing customer* Identify prospects and contact them to join the FCCC membership programme* Help organize events (in preperation phase and on the day itself)* Manage the newsletter: creating newsletters, look for improvements, manage contacts etc.
