As an accredited transformative life coach and professional actor, my unusual combination of skills mean that I use an integrated approach to help you change. Our coaching time together draws on a number of approaches to help you achieve the changes you want to make.I work with all sorts of approaches to help you to think your best thoughts.My training is in three things: life coaching for transformation (with the excellent Animas Centre for Coaching); acting - I've been an actress for more than 35 years - and life. I have a specialism in public speaking and presentation skills but really when we work together it's all about how life is happening for you and what thoughts we might help happen to make it better.You might have hundreds of ideas about the changes you want to make in your life and/or work but need a way to figure them all out... Or you might have none! I have gone through many, many changes in my own life and it is that journey, together with an ability to hold a non-judgemental, empathic space for you in which you will be truly listened to, that I bring to the coaching space.I believe that it's never too late: we are all capable of change, at any age. Taking time to re-imagine your life and work is is one of the most positive things you can do for yourself.
