As Business Development Consultant for the Training and Development Department at APSCo, the Association of Professional Staffing Companies, Its my role to take responsibility for increasing the take-up of the full range of talent programmes offered by APSCo’s Talent Development division. I also offer information, advice and guidance to our members on people strategy. Helping them complete training needs analysis' and offering support to implement training - either from APSCo's extensive training portfolio or offering guidance on Apprenticeships and Levy funds.

As Manager I supported a team of Training Advisors and Administrators. These completed all the enrolments and paperwork for the apprenticeship starts. This was a team of 8 and my role included all management duties such as 121s, appraisals and support and guidance. I also completed the role of Training Advisor – travelling regionally to complete Apprenticeship enrolments and speak with business.
