Images Art Exhibitions is a nationwide Franchise offering an art exhibition service to schools. I stage art exhibitions in primary schools in East Sussex, South East and South West London. I run all aspects of the business from selecting the schools, arranging meetings, gaining and securing the exhibition bookings. I project manage and stage all the exhibitions, providing a tailormade and highly personalised service. I provide everything necessary for the smooth running of the exhibition and provide post exhibition customer service. I set the pricing strategy and am responsible for the profitability and accounting aspects of the business.I have staged over 150 exhibitions and each exhibition is a mini project which require a cross section of sales, organisational, project management, administrative, attention to detail, interpersonal and professional skills.I developed and introduced additional successful complementary products, namely printed notecards, fridge magnets and cotton tote bags which involved sourcing and working with third party suppliers. These new product ranges currently represent 21% of the total turnover.

I developed various on pack promotions. eg Try me free, 3rd party links with Philadelphia Cream Cheese and Castelli Cheese. This involved developing innovative packaging formats for the fresh pasta and risotto markets and graphics to communicate new “use”.I organised the company participation at International Food Exhibition (IFE).I implemented price increases following price strategy discussions with senior management.I briefed & managed a food photographer to produce contemporary photography demonstrating the company’s passion for food. The photography was used extensively in the offices, website and promotional literature.
