Leading a team who gather insights from our customers to understand how they feel about their relationship with Computacenter across all aspects of our Voice of the Customer program and driving action from the insights. Providing the mechanism for gathering the feedback, all aspects of customer feedback design, and the analysis and recommendations on how to act once the data has been gathered. Making recommendations based on the data for action across our UK teams and working with our Group countries to ensure consistency across the program. Supporting our UK Services colleagues focus on the delivery of value and innovation aligned to the strategy of our customers businesses based on our knowledge of the customers, their industry and the feedback we receive through the Voice of the Customer program.
