• Ensuring training and development opportunities are available for all employees and create detailed annual training plans. Set up and run training courses/workshops for staff, in response to recognised training needs.
• Introduced a mentoring scheme after analysing the need at JMW. The scheme has now been running successfully for a couple of months.
