I never trained to become a photographer, it was always in me. I trained myself to stop comparing my work to others. When it became about the money, it also became a chore. Two gifts at a crucial age, an Amstad CPC464 computer when I was 8 and a (basic)Camera when I was 9, became foundations of two very different and eventually, essentially compatible skills that have been absolutely pivotal in my journey of creativity's and self expression. It’s taken me until this moment some 35 years later to realise that. Both of those excellently chosen gifts from my parents along with a plethora of my own bad decisions and self destructive behaviour were the stepping stones towards my God Given mission and burning desire to set others free, especially the vulnerable and the voiceless.,

The 25 Challenge for Mental Health has been set up to encourage all people to challenge themselves to complete 25 days of an exercise of their choice to better their mental health. When we first took part in the 25 Push-ups challenge we discovered how big an impact it had on our own mental health, especially in providing each other and those around us with encouragement and support. We also discovered that there is a huge gap in the mental health industry in terms of friendly support and open discussion.
