I partnered global restructures, the introduction of new capabilities and the recruitment of my own team. I also led a project to simplify recruitment administration processes and documentation, introducing a new UK contract of employment and an online e- signature capability for new contracts. I developed the Central HR Apprentice scheme, line managing HR Apprentices.

In this position I led the implementation of a global recruitment strategy to support the IT function through a major global restructure, recruiting over 260 roles globally in 12 months. I oversaw the tender process for our outsource partner in Chennai, India, where we set up an IT hub as well as our recruitment outsource partner in the UK. I personally recruited a number of senior team members and worked on a recruitment strategy with each of the IT leaders.

Macclesfield

Starting as a contract Recruiter, I gained a permanent role in AstraZeneca in March 2012. In this time I recruited for both the manufacturing site in Macclesfield, supporting volume recruitment in a period of expansion with additional shifts implemented. I also recruited for the Global Operations team supporting a Global Engineering restructure and senior management recruitment for a new plant in Russia.
