Raffles Dubai is 3 years old and was the first property in EMEA, as part of the Raffles Hotels & Resorts global development plans.Key responsibilities: • Successfully develop and implement Marketing and PR campaigns, to position the hotel as a destination and brand within the local and global core feeder markets, as well as new emerging target markets. • Effectively roll out creative F&B campaigns to support 3 restaurants and 2 bars, the largest campaign being RED Lounge.Terrace with a fully integrated plan. • Creation and launch of a leading, innovative Afternoon Tea Concept – The Collection – Afternoon Tea by Raffles, the first of its kind in Dubai.• Drive strategic and tactical campaigns for Raffles Spa, driving membership targets and implementing creative PR angles for effective media pick up. • Creation and channelling of Suites Packages • Implement strategic and cost effective Media Planning across all campaigns and strategy direction. • Drive Digital Marketing projects across the hotel and in some instances the brand. Effective SEO and PPC campaigns have been executed • Develop an inspiring Social Media strategy across the hotel, with set KPI’s to encourage constant creativity. • Financial management of entire Sales & Marketing budget.• Produce a tool kit for sales – Presentations, Printed and Digital Collateral, Gifts and Merchandise, • Strategic Partnership Marketing. Work with a top 10 Partner Account Plan across airlines, luxury lifestyle, Kiwi Collection, AMEX, luxury retail, Visa and • Drive the Public Relations and Communications strategy to complement the business and overall marketing objectives. Ensuring relationships with media are established and maintained, globally, working on quirky PR angles and stunts to ensure stand out in a competitive market and that Media Releases are well written and posted through the appropriate channels.
