Duties/Responsibilities (however not limited to):• Communicating in a professional and friendly manner with both clients and temporary staff alike in order to match those best suited to the job requested.• Undertaking both client and courtesy calls in order to assess the level of staffing provided to ensure a high calibre is being provided, to proactively seek feedback thus preventing problems arising and to encourage future business.• The daily usage of the RDB pronet system for inputting shift requests along with ensuring our candidate profiles and training are up to date.• Attendance of job/recruitment conventions in order to increase our pool of staff with the highest standard of applicants.• Various administrative duties including answering calls, dealing with both staff and client queries, emailing and updating spreadsheets.In addition I have recently attended and completed an REC certified proactive business development course.

Responsibilities Included (however not limited to):• Dealing with the general public on a daily basis and in a professional and friendly manner.• Working as part of a team on a daily basis in order to enhance productivity and efficiency. • Dealing with large sums of money when counting the safe, which demonstrates maturity and trustworthiness. • Being responsible for the delegation of roles to different employees, whilst being fair and diplomatic in order to keep the staff happy and productive.• Ultimately being responsible and accountable for the running of the shop in the absence of a more senior member of staff.Duties Included (however not limited to):• Processing orders to replenish stock to therefore maximise sales.• Participating in the promotion change over, in order to ensure that promotions are adequately placed around the store in order to maximise the selling potential.• Dealing with outside suppliers and representatives on a regular basis and building up a good relationship with them and communicating with them in a formal manner.• Being the stores charity champion meaning I am responsible for arranging any events and encouraging participation from staff in order to help raise money for any given charity.
