I'm an early career ecologist working in ACCU scheme auditing as a consultant, with a focus on supporting businesses and biodiversity in the movement towards sustainable development. I am working towards developing broad skills across flora and fauna identification and assessment and have a keen interest in utilising new technology to improve monitoring of ecosystems.I graduated from The University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Science and Advanced Studies (Honours) majoring in Taronga Wildlife Conservation and Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. My honours project in 2023 explored the status of biota after the 2019/2020 megafires in the Blue Mountains, NSW and utilised camera trapping and vegetation surveys to draw my conclusions. Throughout my time at university I also gained skills in live mammal trapping, remote monitoring, vegetation surveying, experimental design and statistical analysis.My interests outside of ecology include music, travelling, poetry and technology and I hope to continue my career in conservation while pursuing my passions within Australia and abroad.
