The practice is responsible for the University at Buffalo's pediatric residency program, and is heavily involved in oral health initiatives within the community.• Provide strategy, reporting, and analysis to the owner and president and advise them in developing comprehensive marketing/outreach campaigns to meet business objectives and reach an annual patient volume goal of 120,000. • Work cross-functionally to create and maintain communication strategies for internal engagement for over 200 employees and maintain essential relationships with government and community leaders.• Monitor trends and provide internal and external communications for organizational stakeholders, including media interactions, presenting and developing pitch decks, fostering engagement, developing and disseminating creative content, maintaining and building website and intranet content, crafting collateral material and newsletters, orchestrating local brand initiatives and events, organizing digital marketing campaigns, and leading social media initiatives.
