My role in the Commercial team at eDigitalResearch (now Maru/edr) involved the implementation of surveys for a number of UK and multi-language websites; working with a range of travel, educational and financial clients to provide the information to facilitate effective decision making.

I managed our company's eTravel Benchmarking study, analysing a range of sites in the travel sector across the end-to-end customer journey. I was also involved in the construction, implementation and analysis of website surveys.
