As a research assistant in The Assessment Lab under Rachael Barlow (PhD), I come up with original ideas for studies that assess needs/opinions of our Wesleyan student body in order to better understand their experiences. With collected data, we present study findings to the Wesleyan Board of Education, so they can pass on what they deem useful to program leaders, professors, etc. to improve in these areas.
