ON SITE PROJECTS:Ladbroke Hall, west London- Manage, oversee and advise on overall design for all Ladbroke Hall spaces and work side by side with all stakeholders involved such as architects, constructors, designers, consultants, artists and hospitality staff - Plan and coordinate with all relevant parties every work and action needed before opening and make sure all deadlines are metCarpenters Workshop Gallery - Oversee and manage different site specific exhibition and architectural projects for CWG ecosystemONLINE PROJECTS:- Create, develop and maintain functional the E-commerce platform 'The Workshop Shop'. Working on a daily basis with Woocommerce, Shopify, IG shop, Stripe. - Develop and implement a growth strategy for the business together with the Business development director.- Project managed the data migration for the business and currently controlling and implementing strategies for all the database used in the business. Strong knowledge of Artlogic, Artbinder and Artbase. - Coordinating and following the creation of a new digital platform for the business together with the Marketing and Business development directors.

- Liaising with 21 different artists and their studio during the development of the project from a creative, technical and logistical perspective. - Overseeing the realisation of the 70 artworks on show during all their phases: starting from the artists concept and the production, following the shipping and logistics and finally to the install in the Museum.-Planning, coordinating and executing the complex install of all the artworks in Palazzo Ca' d'Oro in Venice. - Main point of contact between the Gallery and the Italian cultural institutions (Galleria Giorgio Franchetti alla Ca' d'Oro, Polo Museale del Veneto, MiBac).- In charge of growing and developing the relation between the Venetian museum and the Gallery, by planning and organising different initiatives such as concerts, guided tours and other events together with the Director of the museum. - Hiring, training and managing a staff of five people working on site.- Assisting the Marketing Director in maintaining and growing the relationship with all the sponsors. - Assisting the planning, organisation and logistics of all the events at the Museum (gala dinners, cocktails, guided tours with the artists, concerts).
