Sole counsel to the Technetix Group, Head of HR and Company Secretary. * Contract drafting, amending and negotiation of multimillion pound master purchase agreements, product and software supply agreements, service level agreements, agency terms, distribution agreements and logistics terms;* Responding to international hardware, firmware and SAAS RFQs/RFPs/tenders;* Training global sales teams on key contract principles and risk areas;* Drafting employment agreements, settlement agreements, post-termination restrictions and HR policies; * M&A negotiation and due diligence analysis from perspective of buyer and seller; * Handling share buy-backs/share purchase/share option issue/refinancing; * Establishing and closing foreign entities across Europe, Asia and Oceania; * Establishing Group compliance and training programmes; * Protecting, enforcing and disputing intellectual property rights;* Managing Group insurance profile; * Managing global HR teams, maximising staff engagement and minimising staff turnover, managing recruitment, dismissals and staff benefits internationally.
