Managing a book of homeowners and residents, ensuring a smooth owning/living experience, and promoting the retention of each customer year to year.

Working closely with both CSMs and Account Executives, I manage a team of Home Maintenance Pros’ schedules, project manage homes being onboarded, and bill for completed projects. I work with internal stakeholders as well as an external vendor network to optimize revenue and streamline the customer experience.

In a hybrid role of project management, sales, and customer service, I finalize the revenue sales our growth team starts and follow it up with exceptional communication while managing the progress of our homeowners’ homes until it hits the market.

After 6 months of building the Member Support team at Belong from the ground up, I was promoted to Team Lead. I used this lead position to manage a team of 20, manage data-based projects to build the team, and connect with other department managers to ensure the team was cross-trained and supporting the company in any capacity needed.

As the first Support Member of Belong’s Support Team, I trail-blazed and helped create essential SOPs, train a team of new hires, and identify areas of feedback for needed change. I have experience working with an in-house product specific to Belong, along with Zendesk. This role gave direct access insight on numerous functions in the company which was a great foot in the door for growth in lateral teams.

As the seasonal Auction Coordinator, my responsibility is to oversee the annual Auction and Gala fundraising event of this Malian non-profit. I collaborate with local businesses with in-kind donations for our auctions, manage teams of volunteers and interns to ensure projects were being done, and organizing the overall Auction and Gala alongside the Executive Director.

With a passion for building relationships with others and enjoying the outdoors in every season, I enjoy working with guests over the phone and in person. During the winter, I elevate the guests' experiences by selling lessons, season passes, lift tickets, and answering questions with my alacrity. In the summer, personally chosen due to my meticulous eye for detail and my amiable personality, I assist my management team with projects connecting with locals to continue relationships with our resort. On my days off, you might be able to catch me on the slopes!

After being elected as the Representative for the College of Social Work, I was voted in as Vice-Chair of the General Student Involvement Committee, and then appointed as Treasurer of the Assembly of Representatives. As a Representative in the Assembly, I assisted in allocating funding to student groups, drafted and voted on legislation, and advocated for the College of Social Work. As Treasurer, I oversaw a budget of a quarter of a million dollars that came from student fees, and saw that it is appropriated back to student groups effectively. Along with my responsibilities as Treasurer, I was on the Travel Committee, allocating funds to individuals and student groups for academic conferences around the country, and Finance Committee to assist in large financial decisions within ASUU. I was re-elected to represent my college my senior year, but had to decline my role as Treasurer due to other professional endeavors.

Worked under the only juvenile defense-based LCSW in the State of Utah consulting with indigent youth in the juvenile courts. Assessed youth for competency to stand trial and for other needs. Counseled with behavioral, legal, and judicial professionals in Drug Court. Conducted research on juvenile brain development and its effects on risk making to help build defense arguments for our firm’s attorneys.

In this small business, I worked in multiple different departments including customer service, accounting, shipping, and warehouse operations. I worked with a databases and accounts through Odoo, Quickbooks, and Endicia. I was adaptable to any job they asked me to learn and perform in.
